SKILLS REQUIRED ;
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with under staffing, refereeing disputes, and administering disciplinary procedures, Recruitment.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
The post holderis required to understand and demonstrate the ability to work flexibly for the benefit of the HR team and for the business and to take on new projects and initiatives that are considered to fall within the duties and responsibilities of the job role.
Demonstrated effectiveness in written and verbal communication
Creates and updates compensation strategy through market analysis and pay surveys.
Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts.
Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
Develop compensation and benefits plans.
Preferable : Any industry those can work over all HR work.
