Identifying training needs / preparing training programme..
Strategic planning and organisational structure.
Resolving I..R. issues
Negotiations with the Unions.
Performance Management System.
Reviewing and framing H.R. policies.
The desire candidate should be Graduate in any stream plus MBA / PGD in H.R. / PMIR.
10 to 15 yrs experience with manufacturing is must.
Candidate having experience in Chemical/Adhesive/Paint industry will be prefered.
Must have experience dealing with unions.
