Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of manpower
Responsible for maintaining the manpower database and sending periodical MIS reports on manpower movement as well as do analysis pertaining to absenteeism, extra work and attrition
Responsible for training need identification, co-ordination in conducting the training and maintaining the records.
Responsible for Grievance handling, the entire gamut of employee relations and maintaining the statutory forms
Responsible for the ISO process implementation /monitoring in BU pertaining to HR
Responsible in reviewing Performance Appraisal review & in implementing appraisal benefits and confirmations up to B4 L2
Responsible for imparting Induction program
