Roles & Responsibility of HR Executive / HR Generalist
Payroll management for in-house employees
HR Executive will do Time and attendance management
HR Executive will do Manpower planning & Recruitment.
Daily attendance management for all employees.
Manage HR Admin deductions.
Fresher or 1 yr experience on Salary Processing and Statutory Compliance (PF and statutory compliance).
Manage the administration of other work.
Generation of letters appointment, relieving & increment etc.
HR Executive will do - Induction of New Employee
Data Management / MIS Report
We are looking for HR Generalist with the following skills:
Excellent Excel skills
HR Payroll experience or fresher can apply , preferably from payroll processing companies is must
Experience in attendance management
Good communication skills for hr executive
Experience in Data management / MIS
HR Executive Skills :
Good Command over English.
Good knowledge in sourcing and hiring.
Should be well versed with Excel.
