Urgent opening for HR professionals who have experience in Generalist Activities with expertise in handling blue collar employees along with experience into :
Responsible for On roll / Off roll / Bulk hiring and on-boarding (on roll & off roll employees) based on business forecasts.
Responsible for collecting attendance from all hubs & sending accurate payroll input of all field executives to central team for monthly salary disbursement.
Handling employee grievance related to salary , F&F , Provident fund , ESIC etc & coordinate with manpower vendor for resolving their problems immediately.
Coordinating with vendors for distribution appointment letter & ESIC temp card of newly joined WM ( FE ). And also providing them monthly salary slips at every hub levels
Partner with business leaders and other support functions to maintain a highly motivated and engaged workforce
Implement new policies, procedures and programs in support of Business
Understand and implement Site specific HR systems and ensure sanctity of data maintained
Understand the pulse of Hubs and take necessary initiatives to drive a good culture
Manage a team of Operations Admin whose responsibility would include managing time and attendance system, weekly associate performance review, maintaining HR related notice boards and associate leave management.
Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analysing Exit interview , observe trends and highlight important aspects, prepare and publish dashboards
