To undertake Recruitment.
Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various online channels.
Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
TAT for vacant position closure.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests as per the requirement of position.
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
Keep a track on Vaccination.
Monthly hostel visit and timely sharing of report with SO. Raising hostel issues with the concerned departments and getting closed ASAP
Maintain all personnel policies and procedures and provide guidance and interpretation to staff.
Maintain personal files of staff and keep a track on completion of credentials as per SOP.
Attendance and payroll of outsourced staff / trainees.
To be a conveyor for HR committee meetings.
To prepare PO /PR for vendors related to HR.
