Responsibilities and Duties:
Assisting Head -HR in the complete gamut of Recruitments & other activities in Human Resource Management and Development.
1. Talent Acquisition
To support HOD in performing cost effective hiring by sourcing /head hunting right candidates as per the manpower requirements.
Sourcing candidates by using different sources like Job Portals, Head Hunting, Internal Database, internal employee referral forms and References as per the skills needed for various requirements.
Preparing “recruitment master report” for follow up recruitment process.
Conducting initial screening of candidates on the basis of communication skills, stability factors and Profile/Personality/Organizational fitment of candidates for Support and Functional positions.
Supporting the entire end to end recruitment process.
Creating a database of relevant resumes for future recruitment needs.
Managing pre and post joining formalities.
Following Grade and salary fitment as per the company norms.
Offer negotiation, preparing Salary Structures, offer letters.
Conducting Joining formalities and Exit formalities.
Successfully able to close Top Management level position.
2. Payroll Management
Handling the entire payroll process
Preparing salary structures and salary break ups
Maintaining and updating proper records of all the employees’ personnel data files, taking care of loans, advances, deductions in salary
Maintaining the employee masters.
Evaluating and arranging for full and final settlement arrangements
Liaising & interacting with the bank for processing salaries
Generating salary reports on timely basis
3. Leave Management
Calculating leave balances of all employees.
Timely updating the leave records of employees on internal portal.
Generating leave statements & leave balance slips & distributing the same
Ensuring timely attendance & adherence to company policies & procedures by all employees
Issuing all HR related documents like Confirmation letters, Appointment letters, Relieving letters, Experience Letters etc.
Responsible for bank account opening of employees.
Timely Updation of new Joinees & Exits in Health insurance policy.
5. Grievance Handling
Single point of contact for all employee related grievances.
Took remedial measures on case to case basis in close coordination with management.
Maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
6. Corporate Events
Researching various corporate events for employees.
Assist & Co-ordinate in executing events for employee welfare.
7. Admin Activities
Handling admin related areas like getting quotes from vendors, coordinating for printing of letterheads, Visiting cards.
Ensuring all the IT & Admin related requirements / Queries are performed within minimal period of time.
