Managing interviews by conducting & coordinating with the respective functional heads
Follow up with the offered candidates and keeping a track on their joining dates.
Coordinating for Onboarding & Joining Formalities, managing documentation i.e. Appointment Letter etc.
Ensuring smooth Joining by adhering to onboarding formalities
Assisting with the induction plan and orientation program for New Joined Employees.
Handling Documentation of the candidates.
