1-Understanding and executing staffing requisition, requirements and issues from all departments
2-Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR-related documents.
3-Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement.
4-Screening the candidates by resume short listing, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination of the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
5-Issuing Letter of Offer/Intent/Employment to the selected candidate.
6-Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employee’s Attendance/absenteeism and report to Operations Manager.
7-Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employee.
8-Setting up / Update / Forward email addresses for new employees and resigned employees.
9-Attending/ Understanding employee’s grievances in their work engagement level and implement corrective measures for them.
10-Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination.
11-Planning of company events or activities.
Organising training sessions or training for employees ensuring they are fully equipped and be able to perform their duties.
Participation in making the policy for the company.
Prepare salary sheet including salary slips on Excel.
Maintain statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC and PT etc.
Conduct employee engagement activities.
