Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling end to end recruitment.
Managing full life-cycle recruitment including setting search strategy.
Pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Communicating consistently and openly with hiring manager, their representatives and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure all constituents are updated.
Industry mapping & head hunting for middle & senior management assignments.
Reference check and collecting all relevant documents from new joiners
Proficient in finding profiles to suit particular client requirements through various sources such as Job portals Like Naukri/LinkedIn/Monster/Company Database/Personal & Professional Network and Referrals.
Developing, maintaining & building a database on regular basis for immediate & future requirements.

Requirements

Graduation is mandatory.
Candidate currently not working but having corporate exposure can apply.
People having experience into BFSI recruitment preferred.
Candidate from CONSULTANCY background SHOULD NOT apply.
