Job Description

1. Be the first point of contact for all HR related queries

2. End to End Recruitment: this includes conducting telephonic interviews, face to face interviews and issuing relevant correspondence to all candidates as and when required and directed by the Management. It also includes preparation and release of Offer Letter.

3. HR Operations: the candidate will be responsible for the complete life cycle of employees Pre & post hiring, which include the following:
a) Ensure the completion of joining kit and joining formalities of all new joinees.
b) Supervising management of file cabinet control and personnel files
c) Issuing of Offer Letter, Appointment letters and other letters w.r.t. absenteeism, misconduct, etc.
d) Preparing Monthly Reports on HR and furnishing to Management
e) Managing employee relations, handling employee grievances, and Issuing Communication Circulars
f) Attendance and leave management
g) Collate and update regularly Employee Master Excel, Attendance system control, Exit process, Clearance form, Relieving and Experience letter
h) Full and Final settlement process
i) Training
j) Providing orientation training to new joinees
h) Employee Engagement and R&R Activities
i) Initiating and implementing of employee engagement and R& R activities such as sending birthday mails and other communication from time to time.
j) Grievance Resolution: responsible for resolution of all employee grievances.
