2. Coordinate with Human Resources for appropriate staffing levels, Schedule and conduct shift meetings
3. Responsible to meet corporate requirement goals the MNC BPO's of Industry
4. Make adjustments as necessary during shift to achieve targets & goals, within specifications
5. Operate within standard operating procedures ( SOPs ) and Job targets as Communicated by Supervisors.
6. Assist subordinates as necessary.
