1>Understand the requirement, as per the job descriptions and job specifications.
2>Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
3>Source and recruit candidates by using Naukri portal, databases, social media etc. Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
4>Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
5>Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.
6>Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
7>Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
8>Responsible for on-boarding of new joiners in coordination with Ops Team & ensuring they are settled in their new assignment.
9>Highlighting HIPOs (High Potential) for the region & nominating them for the elevation programs.
10>Driving Employee Engagement initiatives in coordination with Engagement Team across the zone.
11>Managing attrition for the region through various HR interventions.
12>Taking up special assignments for improvement of Best Practices & Processes.
