HR Executive / IT Recruiter
Source and screen CVs from job portals and social networking sites for the open requirements.
Speak to candidates over phone and explain the job openings.
Schedule and co-ordinate interviews.
Manage End to End recruitment.
Taking care of the onboarding activities
Handle Joining formalities, Induction & Orientation.
Prior experience in Recruitment would be preferable.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment Process.
Hardworking & dedicated profile will be the best fitment for the opening.
Candidate should have good communication skill with basic IT knowledge.
Should have well versed with job Portals and linked in.
