Qualification & Experience
MBA (HR) preferably from Mumbai / Pune University, with 3 to 5 years experience as HR Generalist, in Manufacturing Environments
Recruitment & Selection
Designing of work profiles
Maintain up-to-date recruitment progress report, talent database & all related staffing communication.
Process all local recruitment requests in an effective & efficient manner.
Managing orientation program for employee to the business & culture.
End to end recruitment through portals & consultants.
Induction & Training
Select participates for the induction & product training program
Coordinating with the heads for their inputs in induction & training
Prepare the post induction & training question for participants
Conducting Induction program for new joinees.

Monitor any variance between the budgeted & actual salaries.
To be in charge of payroll administration & to make all necessary coordination to make a smooth & efficient operation (variable compensation, overtime, compensation, special payments).
