Initially candidates have to support/work from home for 3 months.
The recruiting, interviewing, and screening responsibilities of HR recruiters can be further broken down by daily job duties, which include: Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. Screening resumes. Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
The job of a technical recruiter is to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for IT /Non IT positions;
The recruiter also reviews, re formats and presents resumes to hiring managers. These are some of the duties and requirements of a technical recruiter.
Note - We accept Interns candidates also.
Must be Graduate, MBA is preferred.
Good in communication skills.Great place for fresher
Interview will be F2F on every Saturday at office.
