HR cum Admin Executive
DHL INFRABULLS INTERNATIONAL PVT. LTD. is looking for HR cum Admin Executive who should have 2+ years of experience with recruitment, Admin related tasks and employee management.
HR & Admin Officer responsibilities include processing employee data, updating company policies and assisting in the hiring process. To be successful in this role, you should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.
Ultimately, you will make sure all HR operations run smoothly
Branch and sister concern coordination and managed the day to day activity.
daily attendance in soft copy and hard copy
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts and PTO requests
Update internal databases with new hire information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
Publish and remove job ads
Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department
Develop training and onboarding material to all employee and our sales team also.
Respond to employees and sales team questions about benefits (for example, number of vacation days they’re eligible for)
Handling the all over Branch level operational activities and Coordinating with Directors.
Good communication skills / Presentable.
MIS preparation and all other data maintenances.
Managing, educating and servicing the existing client’s base.
Client Relationship Management.
can smooth Front Desk and site visit Management
Responsible for managing the office systems. This basically includes the data management and it’s filing in the office systems.
Execute job interviews and see to it that they are completed according to the principles of the organization.
Run payroll and make sure correct, timely and well-organized sharing of salaries.
Carry out assessment and valuation on a continuous basis concerning the presentation of the staff and aids in the process of promotion.
Responsible for attending all the phone calls and handle all the requests an enquiry appropriately.
Should be courteous and polite in mannerism
Should possess a presentable personality and good command over English/Hindi both language
Should hold and manifest a sharp image of the company to the guests and outsiders.
