Job Description

Role and Responsibility
Acts as a Partner to the business with specific responsibilities to implement global and local strategic interventions positively impacting the business;
Provides an expert generalist HR input to a particular area of the business/account/geography or service line acting as a consultant;
Provides a professional Human Resources consultancy service to Managers and their teams to enable them to meet their business objectives in line with regional and business strategies, company values, policies and procedures, HR best practice and external legislative requirements.
Demonstrated Experience
To deliver and advise on HR in key areas to agreed standards. These include: Resourcing, labour relations, compensation & benefits, employee services, management development, employee relations, employee communications and employee professional development;
To operate to enhance delivery of business and people targets and metrics;
To partner with management and other colleagues within the business to achieve Harmans targets and to implement HR interventions that positively impact the business;
To implement HR strategy ensuring high quality delivery standards;
To participate in the development of processes/programmes/services to support business strategies, and to implement them to enhance business results;
To recommend, drive, monitor implementation and provide feedback for decision-making on the effectiveness of people management policies, practices/processes;
To be able to drive and own change initiatives;
Be integral in supporting management in the handling of client relationships, commercial, financial, facets of delivery and engagement with and for our clients;
