2. Manpower Planning: Will be part of manpower budgeting discussion with Business. Partnering with Business in framing Sourcing & hiring strategy.
3. Onboarding : Will have to ensure smooth onboarding experience for all new joinee for enabling function for Suiting Non-Manufacturing Business. Will be responsible for creating Onboarding Score card & planning the next action steps as per the analysis of the score card
4. Employee Experience: Creating employee experience in entire employee lifecycle (Onboarding to Exit), Key partner for driving various engagement initiatives (Planning & executing).
5. Talent Management: IDP- Creation will be responsible for creating & executing IDPs for all employees & execution of Talent interventions
6. Performance Management : Driving Goal Setting, KRA Audit , Mid-term Appraisal, Annual Appraisal
7. Strategic Project : Will also play vital role in driving Teams strategic initiatives & will be responsible for managing end to end accountabilities for prescribed agenda.
