Objective: This role provides exposure into the corporate HR division of Kotak Life Insurance, where the candidate has to work in areas of recruitment and selection, assist in Business partnering and employee engagement activities by providing support in day to day operational activities
a. Manpower search through job portals, screening and scheduling candidates with business
b. Maintain MIS and funnel track for recruitment across corporate functions
c. Vendor management and liasoning with stakeholders to schedule senior level interviews
a. Checking documentation and compliance check for releasing of offers to selected candidates
b. Processing offer letter to new employees and liason with stakeholders for post joining formalities
a. On the day documentation of new employees and assuring all post joining documentation is completed
b. Induction and introduction of new employees to relevant stakeholders
4. Business Partnering
a. Planning new joinee meets, inductions, pulse meets, etc.
b. Coordination for employee engagement activities
