3. Induction, On-boarding and Joining Formalities
4. On-going monitoring of probation review and confirmation processes, Annual Appraisal processes.
5. Managing employee exit and F&F formalities.
6. Monthly processes of Time, Attendance, Leave and Entire Payroll process.
7. Central Employee Record/File management and also maintain monthly HR MIS/Reports.
8. Implementation of online HRIS System for automation of HR processes.
9. Driving Employee Engagement Activities.
10. Maintain monthly HR MIS and reports
