Job Title: HR Admin.
Experience: 1-3 year
Job Locations: Pune

Job Summary: Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labour relations, and Calling right Candidates for interview purpose and scheduling interviews.

Key Sills: Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills, Ability to deal people politely, willingness to learn, Proficient at MS Office (Especially Excel), preferably an MBA/PGDBM in Admin and recruitment.

What you’ll be doing:

Manage the MIS Reports. Coordinates management training in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and sexual harassment. Candidate should have knowledge of Offer Letter, Experience Letter, Appraisal Letter, Relieving Letter, Appointment Letter, Administer compensation, Benefits and performance management system. Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants. Allocate human resources, ensuring appropriate matches between personnel. Adept at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipments, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security, employee induction etc

• Handling stationary department, Issue Company’s I-card, Access card.
• Negotiation with all kinds of vendors.
• Coordination with housekeeping, maintenance team, reception.
• Maintaining Employee Database.
• Maintaining attendance and leave records of employees.
• Issuing offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Experience Letter, Relieving Letter etc.
• Rules and regulations and Handling Employee Documents.
