Job Description

• Overall in charge of General Administration
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Making travel arrangements
• Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
• Coordination with Service Providers / Vendors
• Identification of dependable and cost effective vendors for various services, maintaining of schedule of alternate vendors, and vendor accounts
• Maintenance and upkeep of office equipment
• Maintaining the records of employees
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Candidate profile
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Pleasant Personality.
• Good in MS Excel or MS Word.
•Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
•Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
•Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
•Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
•Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
