1. Responsible for end to end recruitment
2. Responsible for sourcing candidates from various job portals, Networking sites, & Referencing
3. Coordinating with candidates, Screening & shortlisting the relevant resumes
4. Support annual salary review, calculating & processing the salaries of the employees, handle employee complaint, grievance and disputes
5. Handling the full & final settlement of the employees, leavening with payroll, absence recording, & holiday recording systems
6. Handling all statutory compliance like PF ESIC etc. Conducting preliminary & final interview for selection. issuance of all documents like Appointment letter, Experience letter etc. Handling all other HR & Admin Activities.
7. Leave & attendance management and Distribution of Slips
8. Keeping the personal files of the employees. Have to take care of admin responsibility like office stationary, facility management etc.
