Job Description

The responsibilities/details of the desired candidate are listed below:
HORECA Sales Experience is REQUIRED.
Strong Food Service contacts of Chefs/Purchase Managers in Hotels, Restaurants & Cafe in NCR/Kolkata

Deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level

Deliver the sales objectives of volume, value, market share and in-store execution; and acquire new food service accounts across the HORECA channel

Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.

Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.

Define monthly and quarterly plans to drive volume, value, market share and activation in the region

Detailed data analysis of Internal Sales, Customer Offtake and activation to understand the gap and opportunities & build plans basis that

Competition understanding through customer discussions and field visits

Review and Reporting: Collate data and prepare reports to track various parameters e.g. Sales Efficiency, Sales Achievement

Regular review and progress tracking with team

Desired profile of the candidate:
Strong Food Service Contacts of Chefs/Purchase Managers

Preferred Total Experience 3 - 4 years in HORECA, with 2 years experience in the region

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Very good written and verbal communication skills
