Social Media marketing & regular posting of content

Getting creative designs prepared from agencies

Invoicing & basic accounts

Client handling & correspondence

Correspondence with suppliers & vendors

On-ground assistance for events done by us (flexibility to travel & occasional late evenings)

Develop our profile, company presentation, event summary etc.

Ticketing, reservations on daily basis

Interactions for Hotel Aggregation for destination weddings, events

Operating Computer for gathering information from internet, ms office, tally etc.

Making telephone calls

Travel to conferences & trade shows, collect & sort data, maintaining records

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Prior experience in travel and/or event industry

Dynamic, smart, presentable & effective communication in English & Hindi

Basic computer knowledge & skills, ms office, internet

Atleast Graduate

Willing to take challenges

Flexibility to Travel
