Job Description

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer
needs
 Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and
social media
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
 Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
 Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
 Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
 Collaborate with team to achieve better results
 Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via
telephone calls and emails
 Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
 Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
 Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy
 Salary may be vary around 15 to 20 K based on the candidate experience
 Special Incentive package will be available for converting the sales depending on
the industry and individual performance
 Typical working hours for sales executives are long and erratic, dependent upon
customer schedules and requirements but are generally 10am to 06.30Pm or
12Pm to 08.30Pm

Requirements

Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
 Strong Communication skills with business related knowledge.
 Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
 Fast learner and passion for sales
 Highly self motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
 Resilience - and the ability to cope with rejection
 A confident and determined approach
 Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.
