Hiring Payroll & Compliance Executive for a leading Fashion House/Brand

Job Description

>> Effectively handle end to end Payroll processing
>> Effectively perform all the pre-payroll activities like attendance collation, validation of compensatory off, validation of time-offs and collation of payroll changes.
>> Effectively ensure accurate TDS computation for all applicable cases.
>> Effectively ensure that all necessary statutory deductions are made appropriately.
>> Ensure the payroll process- standard operating procedure are adhered to.
>> Ensure that the bills/ and reimbursements are submitted in a timely manner and are well accounted towards calculation of the TDS.
>> Effectively ensure timely closure of all full and final settlements accurately.
>> Effectively prepare Compensation Analytics on monthly basis- covering- Bonus payout trend against fixed pay-Month on month analysis, new hire to pay band parity analysis, net out lay analysis.
>> Interfacing with all employees on their Payroll and Statutory Compliance related concerns/ queries.
>> Interfacing with Accounts and Finance on Statutory Compliance Payment related matters.


>> Required 2-5 years experience in Payroll and Statutory Compliances.
>> Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
>> Should have handled payroll of 200+ employees
>> Well-versed with MS-Excel. Advanced Excel is preferred.
