Responsibility:





- Provide exceptional customer support / customer service when communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.

- Answer inbound calls (No sales & No Target) . It is a customer service / customer support role No Sales.

- Handle Premium Customers & provide service and solution

- Work with the managers for reports & on product knowledge

- Provide training & support to junior team members.

- Perform problem research and testing when necessary.

- Deliver high quality and timely resolutions to problems.

- Initiate follow-up to other service areas when appropriate.

- Perform other customer support service duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Skills Required:

Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.

Candidate should have good Communications Both in English/Hindi.

Excellent conversational and customer service.



Eligibility:

Graduate/ Fresher- Preferably 6month experience.

Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written

Good listening skills and strong communication abilities.

Location:- Noida

Shift: Rotational shift

Experience: 0-2 years
