JOB DESCRIPTION


Position: Dealer – Equities
Location: Mumbai Suburb / Navi Mumbai
Reporting to: Branch Head / Cluster Head
Salary: Up-to 3.50Lk. (CTC)
Formal Qualifications: Graduate / Post graduate

Specific Responsibilities

• Meeting targets of Broking revenues.
• Margin collections for trade both online and through cheques/RTGS.
• Working on direct databases for activation / reactivation / retention of clients.
• Daily activity on dealer terminals.
• Ensuring execution on internal research calls.
• Ensuring 100% order placement under voice recorders.
• Ensuring aftermarket confirmations to customers on voice recorders.
• New Client Acquisition

Key Performance Indicator

Targeted Revenue-Broking-Qtr wise milestones(Rs) (40%)
No of Active Clients daily (Off-line)-Qtr wise milestones(%) (30%)
Daily Cash Segment Volume-Qtr wise milestones(%) (20%)
New AOF-Qtr wise milestones(%) (10%)

Have to Keep Co-ordination:
Internal: CSE / SEA / RM Direct/Compliance/Customer service
External: Customers

APPLICANT PROFILE

Experience: 2 – 5 years

• Technical Competencies /Skills:
• NCFM Depository – Preferred
• NCFM – Capital markets – Mandatory
• NCFM – Derivatives - Mandatory

Personal Attributes

• Sound knowledge of Equity Market, Derivatives
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Good Communication and convincing skills
• Learning ability
