Shall be responsible for sales & marketing function.
Launching of new products and developing new markets.
Prepare monthly business plan, achievement of sales target.
Motivate team members to achieve the targets.
Regular joint field work with team members.
To submit reports and provide feedback as required by company
Collecting reports on ms office from team member with constant monitoring.
Should have exp. of establishing team reporting system.
Capable of building effective supply chains
Computer Skills – MS Office
Working knowledge of English language
