Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech. / M. Tech. / MS in Computer Science/ Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering / Information Technology and/or MCA / M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent

Requirements

Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech. / M. Tech. / MS in Computer Science/ Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering / Information Technology and/or MCA / M.Sc. (IT) or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of technical experience in troubleshooting network issues remotely as well as handling network help desk job.
Certification in CCNA is MUST to apply
Person should be good in communication over telephone or emails.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
Good Team Management and coordination skills
Fluent in English and Hindi
English typing speed of at least 40words per minute
