- Policies Framing & Deployment, personnel activities along with Manpower Planning, Recruitments Salary, pay roll, compensation mgt
- Exp in Labour Laws & Factory Acts / liasioning with various Govt Departments
- Challenges and opportunities before the industries in the new economic scenario
- The incumbent will provide direction and support to organization wide HR transactions and processes
- Candidate must be have MBA / PGDM in HR Preferred Regular
- 8 - 15 years of exp in any manufacturing company
