1. Create a research agenda for the Company to drive policy advocacy
2. Drive relevant product research, commodities research, and scenario planning to showcase the expertise of the Company to all external stakeholders
3. Create the advocacy and outreach plan for the Company for research events to ensure achievement of targets
4. Create appropriate research based content to use in communication in alignment to the organizations mission
5. Partner with strategy team to build an attractive plan for all strategic initiatives backed by research
6. Create relevant talking points for all senior leaders of the Company in all external forums; in support of the policy advocacy agenda
7. Support advocacy plans of business leaders of the organisation with appropriate research, data and white papers
8. Conduct macro and long term research to support decision making and accurate forecasting
9. Establish relationships with leading policy makers and industry influencers to drive policy in favour of the Company
10. Develop partnerships with external research outfits
11. Publication of white papers in order to drive thought leadership
12. Build capability for providing consultancy to institutions in India and overseas
13. Conduct product specific research to forecast product trends
14. Continuously publish updates on market trends, fundamentals, perspectives on global markets

Design and package relevant courses using external experts
Drive the agenda of education for all relevant external stakeholders like policy makers and influencers jobbers, farmers, brokers, students, etc.
