- As a Guest Relation Executive, you are responsible to enhance Guests Experience
and to provide superior Guests Experience.
- You will work as the face of the organization & you will carry the image of the Brand
all the time.
Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks or duties to
- Should interact with all Guests,
- Up-sell all the services of Hotel
- Offer personalized welcome/departure to all Guests (Especially important Guests
VIPs, Single ladies, Club Platinum Members, Starwood Preferred Guests, etc.),
- Identifying lonely Guests or Guests who need special attention and establish
contact with them to make them feel at home.
- Support the PR team of the Hotel.
- Resolve Guests complaints or problems wherever possible.
- Should be able to get as much competition information as possible from Guests,
in an unobtrusive manner.
- Should be familiar with property, chain and company beliefs & culture.
- Should engage, facilitate, ascertain & anticipate latent needs of the Guests,
- Should interact with guests with respect to all special events in the hotel.
- Should ensure Superior Guests Experience.
- Co-ordinate with other departments to provide best experience to Guest,
- Should help Front office team in Check in & Check out, incase required.
