Ensure compliance to life and fire safety regulations.
Plan, budget, organize, coordinate and direct Front Office towards optimal patient care with focus on service excellence.
Coordinate with all departmental heads, Medical & Non Medical for smooth flow of patients.
Design, communicate and implement SOPs.
Implement sustainable management system to maintain occupational hygiene.
Handle any guest queries and complaints in a pleasant and courteous manner.
Ensure that all equipment, furniture, furnishings and facilities are maintained,
checked and kept in good Hygienic conditions.
Overall in charge of room cleanliness and public area upkeep.
Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing
and computer systems operations and development
Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and
Manage costs within budgeted Administration, HK cost, F & B cost and ensure
savings under Administration, F & B cost
Directly contribute on achievement of the Units MoS Financial metrics (as per budgeted targets) by driving revenue and cost initiatives
Program manage important central performance initiatives being run at the unit, including cost reduction program (Maxima), Six Sigma projects, Discharge score improvement etc.
