Job Description

BE/B.Tech./Diploma (Civil) with 15+ years of relevant experience in QA/QC with large construction projects & expertise in developing project specific quality plans.
Planning and administering a quality assurance program that aims at ensuring continuous production that is consistent with the adopted and established quality standards.
Developing and establishing standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation and ensuring abiding by them.
Supervising and overseeing the analysis, inspection, design mix, and testing, to ensure the highest standards of quality.
Co-ordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material.

Establishment of testing laboratories at the sites with the qualified QA / QC manager/ supervisors.
Setting and overseeing the implementation of a testing and inspection schedule and ensuring the compliance with the set date and procedures.

Supervising and co-ordinating the quality auditing efforts to ensure compliance with adopted standards.

Inspecting and checking the executed works to ensure the quality.
QA/QC of Finishing work include ,Block work using Block adhesive/Gypsum plaster /Tiling work/Marble work/waterproofing work-sunken, terrace, Underground and Overhead water tank and involved in all Building finishing product source inspection.
Conducting Pre Delivery Inspection (PDI) at Source/Factory.
Conducting QC checking of steel fabrication work by conducting test as per Is Codes.
Conducting QC checking of Fire fighting /services work in co ordination with services team.

Ability to commit to travel and attend out-of-hours events.
Advanced networking skills.
QA/QC of Entire Project
Establishment & Maintaining Quality Management System of the Project
Developing of SOPs/PQP and other QA/QC documents.
Co-ordination with Purchase Department for Procurement of Materials.
Co-ordination between Client & Execution team
Attending Kick-off meeting & other quality related meetings
Quality audit of both input as well as output
Good reporting skills.
Customer oriented mindset.
Good computing skills i.e. MS Office skills.
Interpretation Good Presentation/ analytical skills.
