Decide on pricing strategies based on the various markets by offering value added products such as fabricated components to prime customers. Develop new markets & customers to reduce dependability on large customers & thus de risking the sales plan.
Driving a cross functional approach to attain key business objectives by establishing cross functional teams, setting and assigning targets and ensuring that it is achieved.
To manage the Market Excellence/Intelligence process; gathering market and customer information and providing feedback on future trends, to support sales and manufacturing strategy.
Involved in business planning, monitoring performance and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
Conceptualized and implemented strict measures in operating procedures to optimize resource / capital utilization.
Spearheaded value analysis / value engineering & other continuous improvements in process.
Responsible for offering Techno-Commercial bids, post-bid negotiations in large tenders of Heavy Fabrication Engineering Private Operators, government departments like Defense etc.
Sales & Marketing:.

Organized, conducted various Sales Promotional activities and introduced various schemes for brand promotion & growth of the Brand.
Identified streams for revenue growth & developed marketing plans to build consumer preference.
Profit Centre Operations:
Identified and developed new customers for long term revenue growth and maintained a relationship with customers to ensure continued demand & business.
Set the targets for achieving sales volume, business growth and contributing profit to the organization.
Ensured the timely collection of payments and minimizing on credit control.
Education- Candidate must be B.tech/ B.E- Mechanical.
Exp: -20+ years
