Job Description

Connect and create strategy with Senior management executives and CXO's at prospective companies to demonstrate how KNR can drive revenue to their business.
Develop and cultivate deep relationships with companies - Senior Management (MD, Chairman, Directors (HR).
Pitch for new business and create a strong pipeline industry wise and focus on meetings with prospects.
Build new business which primarily includes getting in mandates and involves extensively in client farming to extend and dig deeper for business.
Proactively provide smart client research and industry-specific information.
Identify and understand trends within client markets and industries.
Maintaining strong follow-ups and regular feedback calls.
Maintaining the database of clients and the agreements sent.
Work with internal team to ensure timely delivery of services to clients and assure that client's expectations are met.
Update and create tailored client proposals and negotiate further to close the deals.
