German Language Expert - Marketing Executive

Job Description

REQUIRED ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION - Any Graduate/Post Graduate with German Language certification B2 and above

EXPECTED TOTAL EXPERIENCE - 2 to 4 years

EXPECTED RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 0 to 2 years

SKILLS REQUIRED

1 Verbal skills:

-Good verbal Communication in English and German language
- Face to face or telephonic client communication is an added advantage

2 Written skills:
-Good Written communication in English and German language

3 Technical Skills:
-Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office & good typing speed
-Analytical and logical reasoning
-Good excel knowledge, reporting and conducting training is an added advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

-To review and refine German Marketing texts received from the clients Marketing department
-To provide the best possible marketing text to clients
-To provide solutions to the customers and help them with their transactions
-Tackle difficult situations (such as incorrect status, miscommunication etc.) through quick logical response and effective communication.
-Responsible for handling Author Queries regarding Books and Journals
-Follow timelines and deliver within SLA
Client communication
-Coordinating with clients and vendors to process emails / requests / Tasks for Books and Journals.
-Needs to have good communication skills & basic knowledge of email communication to explain complex issues and their possible solutions to the clients
-To track and escalate the issues in the process or in the system to the seniors
-Monthly reports preparation and attending conference calls with clients

Ad-Hoc

-Prepare and update process documents.
-Responsible for documentation and email template creation.
-Documentation and training new team members will be an added responsibility of the individual.
-Train new joinees and mentor them
-To maintain the weekly status of inputs and deliverables.
-Conduct quality audits as per process requirements

AUTHORITIES

Will be a contact point responsible for resolving issues raised by the requesters and clients
Keep track of problems in processing requests and to escalate it to the clients accordingly
To Prepare and update process documents including ISO documentation
Conduct internal quality audits as per process requirements
To train new joinees and mentor them
