Following are the responsibilities:
Receive visitors and inform about their arrival to our office staff and management.
Provide guest services to the client representatives.
Maintenance of employee (our employees) attendance records.
Maintenance of trainee attendance records
Monitoring movements of trainees as per client requirements.
Persuading trainees to sign on attendance sheets as per client direction.
Dispatching material such as Invoices; cheques and other office documents through courier services.
Receiving and keeping track of material and packages received through courier services.
Establish and maintain good relationships with suppliers and clients
Follow up of water supply by continuously monitoring water availability and calling the water suppliers in time.
Switching on generator as and when the power supply is off and facilitating immediate renewal of power.(maintain On Off timing also)
Monitoring sanitation and cleaning operations in all the floors.
Making conference room ready before meetings take place.
Sometimes following up of A/C repairs by coordinating with A/C mechanics.
Informing Hardware/Software problems to Hardware/Network team as soon as learning about it from trainees or trainers.
Distribution of lunch tokens to trainees based on client order.
Receiving external phone calls and redirecting them to the concerned person in our office.
Maintain the vender contact details our record.
Recording details of every trainer whoever visits our campus.
Recording details of trainees (participants) such as email id, phone number, college as directed by our management.
Vender Systems Inward And outward our record.
Cleaning material entry,and purchase every items entry our records.
Telling about class room and available facilities to trainees on the first day of every training program.
Keeping track of presently scheduled training programs, deliver and monitor operational facilities.
Providing feedback forms to trainees and trainers.
Collecting above feedback forms and submitting them to our management
Distribution of training material to participants as directed by client.
Preparing scanned copies of trainee attendance sheets and dispatching them to the clients through mail.
Daily monitoring and ensuring availability of utilities like projector, remotes, markers, duster, chairs to trainers and trainees in every class room.
Coordinating and arranging lunch for trainers and lateral trainees as and when they request.
Distributing training aids such as headphones, manuals and handbooks
Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data
