Roles and Responsibilities
To connect and arrange for the conference calls through GTM with client/staff and vice versa.
Answer all incoming calls and handle callers inquiries whenever required.
Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
Complete Management of EPABX/VOIP/PRI Systems
Maintain break down history of PRI and VOIP
Coordinate with the Dinner Vendor for timely arrangement of dinner and distribution thereof
Manage evening cabs for employees staying late/US Support Team
Ensure timely receipt of cab vendor bills ( evening ) and verified them so that the same can be sent to accounts on time.
Maintain and send the evening cab details ( project and RO wise ) without fail
Activate and deactivate Call Forwarding
Any other tasks as assigned from time to time
