Front Office Executive
Management of the front desk and to deliver friendly, efficient service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of our guests
Answering the phone calls made, and redirecting them to the concerned people effectively & politely. (Experience in handling EPBAX).
Receiving postal, courier packages addressed to the employees of the organization and sending them to the addressed person correctly.
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc
Check, sort and forward and reply emails
Monitor office supplies, pantry and place orders when necessary
Keep updated records and files
Monitor office expenses and costs
Responsible for timely submission and payments of bills.
In charge of utilities and maintenance of furniture.
Recording complaints, problems, queries and providing suitable answers and assistance for the same.
Arranging travel and accommodation arrangements for the employees
Maintaining the records of entry and exit details.
Managing the clients who visit and arranging the comforts for them.
Coordinating the appointments and consultation time of the clients with the management and other employees of the organization.
Providing excellent customer service with good satisfaction.
Maintain registers for Courier records, Movement register for Employees, Attendance Register.
Fluency in English Language
Efficiency in business email communication is a must
Computer literate, should have knowledge about MS- Office, Internet and e-mail handling.
Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently.
Ability to follow company rules and policies.
Pleasant Personality. Friendly, cheerful and helpful.
Ability to work well under pressure and handle many tasks at the same time.
Good social and interpersonal skills.
Good written and oral communication skills.
