1. Responsible for greeting and welcoming Guest's having good communication skills.

2. Responsible for Guest Room Check in & Check Out

3. Capable to handle Guest Queries & Complaints and ensure Guest Satisfaction.

4. Should have experience in working on IDS Software.

5. Co ordinate with all other departments to ensure facilities are provided as per Guest requirement.

6. Only experience in the Hotel / Hospitality Industry will be preferred.

7. Smart, Dynamic & honest. Female candidate with polite nature will be added advantage.
