Work Experience: Minimum of 4 -10 yrs of relevant experience
Work Location: Chennai + Cochin

Key skills Mandatory:
Good knowledge of ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP, GHP system standards.
Experience in New Product Development ( Seasoning and
Blending of spices,Masala Powders) & Food Preservation Technology.
Formaulation of Existing Products in cost effective.
Modern Food Packaging; Food safety Testing analysis using sophisticated instruments;
Management of Pest Control Activities; Raw Material costing; Strong Interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of English, Tamil and Malayalam.
