Job Description

Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 9 to 16 years experience in financial services operations
6 years experience in people management
Experience in Capital markets working in Accounting, Preparation and Reporting of Financial statements, Statement of Investments & Notes to financials.
Working knowledge on US GAAP / IFRS
Experience in managing large size (100-150) member multi location / multi shift operations
Experience in managing and meeting clients expectations in a typical BPO set up
Should have experience in managing audits and risk
Create and use quality service measurement tools to ensure compliance with operational standards
Good domain skills in the Reporting processes especially pertaining to Financial reporting & MIS
Experience in reviews, guidance to team and good in resolution management
Devise a clear cut tracking mechanism, log the errors and ensure timely correction of faults.
Should possess good communication skills both verbal and written
Should have sound knowledge of Mutual fund industry and the various intermediaries.
Should be proactive in escalation management
Experience in Quality improvement initiatives
Understands operational risks and metrics
Should be ready to relocate to Chennai/Coimbatore and work in night shift
