Job Description

Preparation and finalization of accounts under Companies Act and as per the reporting guidelines of Jana Bank , including but not limited to:
- Preparation of Monthly accounts, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Consolidation , notes to account , MRL
- Knowledge of IND-AS
- Passing of Daily and month end entries including all provision related
- Reconciliation between GL and sub ledger and other Integrated Accounting System
- Getting the Actuarial Valuation and correct recording as per the Indian GAAP.
- Preparation for Audit data for various audits
- Coordination with Statutory and Internal Auditor.
- Ensuring that reporting is compliant with IFRS and Jana reporting requirements
- Reconciliation of all assets and liabilities ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Reconciliation of General Ledger with Lending data , Ensure Proper Recording of all transaction ,Lending Accounts reconciliation
- Income/expense leakages analysis to ensure correct and complete recording
- Preparation/ Review of Bank Reconciliation Statement and closure of open items
- Monthly reconciliation of debtors dump with lending and NPA provision calculations
- Monthly control dump reconciliation for loan balance matching
- Reconciliation and tracking of insurance premium payments and income.

Preparation of Monthly RBI Returns accurately and timely as per the RBI Requirement, Ensure yearly certification are prepared accurately, audited by Statutory Auditors and filled with RBI before the stipulated time.

Preparation of monthly accounts but not limited to:
- Analysis of Income and expenses Ledger
- Collection trend, portfolio, write off Analysis
- Monthly reconciliation of control /suspense accounts
- Reconciliation of advances , key asset and liability ledgers
- Assist in preparation of Budgets and monthly analysis with actuals
- Assist in preparation of various RBI / statutory returns
- Power point presentation for Management Reporting
- Preparation of schedule on a monthly basis for critical accounts.
- Co-ordination with other departments to obtain department wise expense provision for preparation of Monthly financials
- Preparation of various MIS for analytical purpose.
