A) Financial Planning and Analysis:
-Ensure robust Business updates for the yearly & half yearly planning cycles
-Ensure timely and accurate submissions of monthly Operating expenses, DSO, Sales, CAPEX, for Management Review purpose
-Monthly P& L analysis of variance with respect of the full yearly /half yearly budget & previous year numbers.
-Monthly P&L review with the ASPAC Finance Director & India Finance Controller
B) Business Results and Profitable Growth:
-Work to ensure India meets or exceeds its financial targets for AOP and provide insights to improve profitability.
-Optimum utilization of Capex.
-Improve quality of receivables: Maintain or reduce the DSO, ensuring the bad or doubtful debts are less than 0.2% of sales.
C) Business Partnering:
-Support business to identify risk and opportunities by analyzing sales by customer, region, LOB , growth in Installation
-Start and stabilize Sales and GP reporting by Account, Territory and Region to help Business to identify opportunities and risks. -Have quarterly profitability review with each region.
-Quarterly Analysis of System GPs less depreciation at customer level and highlight high and low profit-making customers, SKUs.
