Job Description

This is a consultative sales role. The main purpose of the role is to acquire customers for their Demat and Share trading accounts as well as for investments in Stock markets as well as other investment products.

Job responsibility
Client acquisition, building a pipeline of clients & prospecting.
Maintain relationships, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing customers by resolving service related issues.
Helping clients take informed decision with respect to al recommended products like a Demat accounts or a share trading account, Equity based investment products in the geography assigned.
Target customers according to potential, size by identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite and providing them investment options.
Achieving targets as assigned by company on a monthly basis
Giving demonstrations to clients for converting them into On-line customers.
Understanding all financial products and cross sell them to the customers by explaining the products and the level of risk associated with each of them.
Appropriate training will provide on a regular basis so as to keep abreast of developments in the products and industry.

Skills and Qualifications
Graduate / Post Graduates with 1- 4 years experience in sales.
Exposure to sales of financial investment products in a Banks, Mutual Funds, Stock broking, Commodities, Insurance and such other financial products.
NISM/NCFM certification will be an added advantage
Age below 30 years.
Ability to build relationships, inspire trust and confidence in clients.
Should be a self starter, proactive & target oriented
