Plan and carry out daily visits to Farmers to create product and brand awareness.
Maximize business generation from the assigned territory by carrying out Field visits and meeting new Farmers.
Guide Farmers about the company's services and maximize to generate missed calls and app usage.
Maximize lead generation by creating product awareness thru Farmer meetings, campaigns, promotional activities etc.
Up sales/cross selling products & services for new product offerings.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service as guided by the Technical/Agronomist team.
Maintain good relationship with agri dept officials and agri universities/ institutes scientists and other key influencer.
Participate in field promotional activities and training workshop for farmers for new products with help of Agronomist Team.
Working for ensuring over all business development in the given territory.
Taking lead in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Gather/collect market and competitor information and give timely inputs.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
